The Ameba TV app doesn't respond
If the Ameba TV app doesn’t respond to input, delete and reinstall it. Here’s how:
From the Xbox Dashboard, go to settings and then System .
Select Storage .
Select your primary storage device.
Select Games and Apps .
Find and highlight the Ameba TV app. Press the Y button to access Game Options .
Select Delete , then confirm that you want to delete all items related to the app.
Go back to the Dashboard.
Go to apps and then to Browse Apps or Search Apps .
Browse or search for the Ameba TV app and then select it.
Select Download and then Confirm Purchase to download and install the app.
If the app still doesn't respond, contact Xbox Support .
You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the Ameba TV app.
Can’t connect to the Ameba TV Service. Error code: 0C01
Can’t connect to the Ameba TV Service. Error code: 8009
Can’t connect to the Ameba TV Service. Error code: 0304
Sorry, the Ameba TV server isn't available right now. Please select the retry button below or try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status.
These errors can occur if there’s a connection problem or a temporary problem with the Xbox Live service.
To resolve the error, follow these steps:
Go to the Service status page to check for current issues with the service.
If there are no issues and you get this error when you try to start the Ameba TV app, wait about a minute and try again.
If you continue to get the error, delete and reinstall the Ameba TV app .
If reinstalling the app doesn’t resolve this issue, try to improve your connection speed .
If these steps didn’t resolve your problem, use the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of this page to contact Xbox Support.

To report the content error, go to the Ameba TV website .

These errors can occur if there’s a connection problem or a temporary issue with the Xbox Live service.
To resolve the error, follow these steps:
Select Retry on the error screen.
Select Exit , and then restart the Ameba TV app.
Go to Service status to check for current issues with the service.
If there are no issues and you get this error when you try to start the Ameba TV app, wait about a minute and try again.
If you continue to get the error, delete and reinstall the Ameba TV app .
Test your connection to Xbox Live:
Press the Guide button on your controller.
Select Settings , System Settings , and then Network Settings .
Select the name of your wireless network, or select Wired Network for a wired connection.
Select Test Xbox Live Connection .
If you can connect to Xbox Live but you still get the error when you start the Ameba TV app, delete and reinstall the app .
