Error 8007065b occurs when you use Xbox Live

You see the following error code when you’re using Xbox Live:

8007065b

This error usually occurs after you change your gamertag. It means that a gamertag change that you made might not have been applied correctly to your account.

Solution

Sign out of the profile that’s associated with your gamertag. Restart the console, and then try to sign in to your profile again.

If the previous solution didn’t solve the issue, contact Xbox Support.
