Group your games and apps on Xbox One

Video: Group your games and apps on Xbox One

Watch the video Group your games and apps on Xbox One. Note This video is available in English only.

Remember pins? You still have them, only now they’re a group—one of many groups you can create to make your games and apps easier to find.

To see your pins and other groups, press the Xbox button to open the guide, then go to your games and apps. Groups are front and center.

Make a new group. Or select See all for your full list of games and apps, and to see and manage all groups.

Got a bunch of racing games, or space games? Make a group to keep them in one tidy view:

  1. In Groups, select Create a group.
  2. Name your group.
  3. Then pick the games and apps you want to add. You can add more games whenever you want.

Focus on a group, then press the Menu button on your controller for options such as adding that group to Home, renaming it, moving it within your list of groups, and removing it.

Games and apps can each belong to more than one group.

You can also change the order of items in a group:

  1. Focus on a game or app.
  2. Press the Menu button , then choose Move.
  3. Use your controller’s D-pad to move the item to a new spot, then press the A button to plant it.

Want to start fresh? Delete your groups. This will remove any groups you’ve created, without affecting the games or apps that are in those groups.

Just like your original pins, your Pins group and other groups you make stay with your profile, so you’ll see them when you sign in on any Xbox One.
