Error code 0x87E1000C occurs when you try to open a game or app on Xbox One
If the game or app is still installing, wait for the installation to finish or the item is ready to start. Then try launching it again.
If it still doesn’t open, uninstall the game or app and then reinstall it:
- With the item in focus, press the Menu button on your controller and select Uninstall.
- Go to My games & apps > Games, then go to the Ready to install tab, select the item, and follow the on-screen instructions to install it again.
