Error 80270254 occurs when playing content on your Xbox One console
You see the following error code when you're trying to play a piece of content on Xbox One:
This may mean that you need to install the right app for playing the content or that the content you're trying to play hasn't been installed.
Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status
Solution 2: Make sure you can sign in to Xbox Live
Make sure you're connected to Xbox Live and signed in to your profile. If you can't connect, see the Xbox One Connection Solution.
Solution 2: Make sure you're using the correct app
Make sure you've downloaded the appropriate app for using or playing the content.
Solution 3: Redownload the content
Redownload the content from Microsoft Store. See Installing games on Xbox One.
