Error 96-80153004 when playing a video from Xbox Live on Xbox 360
You see the following error code when you try to play a video from Xbox Live in Films & TV:
This may mean that the video is protected by Digital Rights Management, and the licence is no longer available for it on Xbox Live. See Can’t play or use previously downloaded content on Xbox 360.
A licence is not available because this video is no longer available on Xbox Live. You will have to remove the video from your Films & TV collection.
- Go to TV & Films.
- Select Films & TV.
- Under my videos, select My Films, My TV Shows, or My Game Videos.
- Select the video that is no longer available, and then press X to remove it from your collection.
