This article describes how to troubleshoot the Xbox 360 Clarovideo application.

The Clarovideo application does not respond

If Clarovideo is unresponsive, delete and reinstall the app. Do as follows:

  1. In the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings and then select System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select your primary storage device (most likely the hard drive Xbox 360).
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Locate and select any element that refers to "Clarovideo".
  6. Select Delete.
  7. Return to the Xbox Dashboard.
  8. Go to explore applications, and then select the application Clarovideo.
  9. Select Confirm Download to download and install the application.

Error Messages
