The Headweb server could not initialize the purchase. Please try again later.
The billing currency of your Xbox Live profile does not match the billing currency of the region in which the purchase request was made. Please try later. If the problem persists, contact Headweb support.
The transaction could not be processed. Please try again later. [Error code 0x8NNNN]
To resolve the error, follow these steps:
Retry the purchase immediately. This often works. If the previous purchase was not completed successfully, your Microsoft account will not be charged again.
Unsupported region notice – Hi! It looks like you might be using Headweb from a country or region where we have not yet launched our service. Headweb is currently only available in the Nordic countries. Please be aware that for that reason you may not be able to view the entire content catalogue. If you think you are receiving this message in error, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be able to access Headweb:
Your Xbox must set to the locale of a Nordic country.
You must have an IP in a range from within a Nordic country.
