Overview

This article describes how to resolve problems with the MyTF1 app on Xbox 360.

The MyTF1 app doesn't respond

If the MyTF1 app doesn't respond to input, delete and reinstall the app. Here’s how:

  1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings and then System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select your primary storage device.
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Find and select any items that refer to MyTF1.
  6. Select Delete.
  7. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to apps and then Browse apps.
  8. Select the MyTF1 app.
  9. Select Download and then Confirm purchase to download and install the app.

If you keep getting this error, contact Xbox Support.

Error messages

You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the MyTF1 app.

  • This issue can occur if the MyTF1 server is not available.

    To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Service status to check for current issues with the service.
    2. If there are no issues and you get this error when you try to start the MyTF1 app, wait about a minute and then try to start the app again.
    3. If you continue to get the error, delete and reinstall the MyTF1 app.
    4. If reinstalling the app does not resolve the issue, try to improve your connection speed.
    5. If these steps didn’t resolve your problem, contact Xbox Support.

    This issue can occur if the program is currently not available or could not be found.

    To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Service Status page to check for current issues with the service.
    2. If there are no issues and you get this error when you try to start the MyTF1 app, wait about a minute and then try again.
    3. If you continue to get one of these error messages, return to the previous menu and select something else to watch.
