The current Console Safety settings do not allow all of the signed in gamers to access this content.
These mean that the Family Settings applied to your console do not allow the gamertag currently signed in to view TV content rated above PG. A parent can enter the Family Settings pass code to continue to the TMZ app. For more information, see Set parental controls for Xbox 360 and Xbox Live.
If the TMZ app does not respond
If the TMZ app does not respond, delete the app, and download it again.
Go to settings, and then System from the Xbox Dashboard.
Select your primary storage device.
Select Games and Apps.
Find and select any items that refer to TMZ.
Select Delete. Confirm that you want to delete the item. After you’ve deleted all the items related to the app, go back to the Dashboard.
From the Dashboard, go to apps, and then to Browse Apps or Search Apps.
Browse or search for TMZ and then select it.
Select Download and then Confirm Purchase to download and install the app.
