The VIVO Play app doesn't respond

If the VIVO Play app doesn’t respond to input, delete and reinstall it . Here’s how:

  1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings and then System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select your primary storage device.
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Find and highlight the VIVO Play app. Press the Y button to access Game Options.
  6. Select Delete, and then confirm that you want to delete all items related to the app.
  7. Go back to the Dashboard.
  8. Go to apps and then to Browse Apps or Search Apps.
  9. Browse or search for the VIVO Play app and then select it.
  10. Select Download and then Confirm Purchase to download and install the app.

If the app still doesn't respond, contact Xbox Support.

Error messages

You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the VIVO Play app.

Connectivity errors

  • An error has occurred within the application.

  • Sorry, the Vivo Play server isn’t available right now. Please try again later.

    To resolve the error, follow these steps:

    1. Visit the Service status webpage to check for current issues with Xbox Live or the VIVO service.

    2. If there are no issues and you get this error message when you try to start the VIVO Play app or access content in the app, wait for about a minute and try again.

    3. If you continue to get the error, delete and reinstall the VIVO Play app.

    4. If this does not resolve your problem, contact Xbox Support.

    Availability errors

    • Sorry, the item you're interested in is no longer available.

    • A problem occurred when trying to play this video.

    If you get one of these errors, return to the previous menu and select different content to watch.

    To notify VIVO Play of the content error, call the VIVO support center at 0800 775 7529 ou 1058.

    Application error

    • Your console Ratings system is not supported by the application. The application only supports US Ratings system. You can turn off content controls in Settings, Family.
