The Eurosport Player app doesn't respond

If the Eurosport Player app doesn’t respond, delete and reinstall it. Here's how:

  1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to settings, and then System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select your primary storage device.
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Find and select any items that refer to “Eurosport Player.”
  6. Select Delete.
  7. Return to the Xbox Dashboard.
  8. Go to Browse Apps, and then select Eurosport Player.
  9. Select Confirm Download to download and install the app.

If the app still doesn't respond, contact Xbox Support.

Error messages

You may get one of the following error messages when using the Eurosport Player app.

Availability errors

  • Sorry, Eurosport Player isn’t available right now. Please try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status
  • Service unavailable
  • An error occurred, please try again later.

To resolve these errors, try the following solutions:

  • Go to Service status to make sure that there are no current problems with Xbox Live or the Eurosport Player app.
  • If there are no problems, and you get the error message again when you try to launch the Eurosport Player app or access content in the app, wait about a minute and then restart it.
  • If you keep getting the error, delete the Eurosport Player app and reinstall it using the steps shown previously.

If you continue to get the error, contact Xbox Support.

Data access error

Failed data access. Please, try again.

This error occurs when storage is corrupted. To resolve this error, delete the Eurosport Player app and reinstall it using the steps shown previously.

If you keep getting the error, contact Xbox Support.

General error

An error occurred, please try again or visit FAQ

This message means there was an error in linking your Eurosport Player account with your Xbox gamertag. To resolve the error, try the following solutions:

  • Check your user name and password and try signing in to the app again.
  • If you continue to receive this error message when you try to sign in, exit the app. Then, try to launch the app and sign in again.

If you keep getting the error, contact Xbox Support.
