Error 32 occurs when you use the Kinect microphone
You see the following error message and code when you use your Kinect sensor:
Kinect couldn’t hear the whole calibration tone.
If you see this error code or message when you’re using Kinect, it means the Kinect sensor microphone is having trouble hearing you.
Solution 1: Select “More info” and then “Try again”
When you get the error, select More Info to see suggestions on how to correct the problem. After you make the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.
Solution 2: Make sure the Kinect sensor is positioned correctly

Solution 3: Request a repair
If the first two solutions didn’t resolve the issue, go to the Online Service Center and click Start request to request a repair.
