Error 809B100E occurs when using Kinect for Xbox 360
You see the following error message when you use the Kinect sensor for Xbox 360:
Lower body not detected
This means that the Kinect sensor is having trouble seeing you during a Kinect Tuner test.
Solutions
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:
Solution 1: Select “More info” and then “Try again”
On your console, select More Info to see suggestions you can use to try to fix the problem. After you make the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.

Solution 2: Position the Kinect sensor correctly
