Error 0xc00d1395/0x80151200 occurs when using an Xbox app

You see the following error code when you try to use an Xbox app:

    0xc00d1395/0x80151200

This may mean that an auto-renewable subscription, such as Xbox Music Pass, failed to auto-renew because of an expired payment instrument or because there is missing payment information on the account. When this occurs, your account can’t access the Xbox Live service.

    Solution

To resolve this problem, you will have to update the payment instrument or payment information on your account so your subscription can renew. See Manage payment options for more information.
