Verify your security information. For example, make sure that your Phone number, Alternative email address and Security question (if available) information is correct.
Click Billing and then Billing information.
Verify the billing information for your Microsoft account. For example, verify that the billing address for your Microsoft account matches the billing address associated with your credit card. Also, make sure that your Microsoft account payment details, including capitalisation, matches the information associated with your credit card.
Sign out of your Microsoft account and then sign in again.
On your console, try to connect to Xbox Live.
Solution 2: Delete the profile from the console, clear the system cache, then redownload the profile
To delete the profile that’s stored on your Xbox console:
Press the Guide button on your controller.
Select Xbox Home.
Select Settings and then select System.
Select Storage.
Select your storage device. For example, select the hard drive or memory unit.
Select Profiles.
Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
Select Delete.
Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements. Important Do not select Delete Profile and Items. This deletes the profile and the associated games and achievements.
To clear the system cache:
Press the Guide button on your controller.
Select Xbox Home.
Go to Settings and then select System.
Select Storage.
Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
Select Clear System Cache.
When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
To download your Xbox LIVE profile, follow these steps:
Press the Guide button on your controller.
Select Download Profile.
Note Not seeing Download Profile? This means that you’re signed in under another profile. Press X to sign out, confirm and then select Download Profile.
At the bottom of the Download Profile screen, select Download Profile.
Enter the email address of the Microsoft account that’s associated with your Xbox LIVE profile. If you don’t know it, see Find your Microsoft account email address or password.
Enter your Microsoft account password.
Note If your account is an Xbox Live child account, the parent’s Microsoft account information must be entered to download the profile.
If you use external storage on your console, select the storage device to which you want to save the profile. If you don’t use external storage, your profile will immediately begin downloading.
After your profile downloads, restart the console and then try to connect to Xbox Live.
