Error ACC1340 occurs when signing in to Xbox One with your Microsoft account
You see the following error code and message when signing in to your Xbox One console with your Microsoft account:
There was a problem, but it should work if you try again.
This means that there was a problem with the sign-in process.
To resolve this problem, you’ll need to try to sign in to your Microsoft account again.
- Press the Xbox button .
- Go to Sign In at the upper-left corner of the screen, select the account you want to sign in with, and then select Sign In.
- Select the account you want to sign in with, and then select Choose this person.
