Error 809B1003 occurs when you're using Kinect for Xbox 360
You see the following error message when you're using Kinect:
Too much light
809B1003
This means the Kinect sensor is having trouble seeing you during a Kinect Tuner test.
Solutions
Solution 1: Select "More info" and then "Try again"
When you get the error message, select More Info to see suggestions on how to correct the problem. After you make the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.
If you keep getting the error, try the next solution.
Solution 2: Position the Kinect sensor correctly
