Error 69-8000FFFF occurs when watching a video on Xbox 360
You see the following error code when you try to watch a video on your Xbox 360 console:
69-8000FFFF
This may mean one of the following:
- The file format of the video is not supported by Xbox 360, so the video will not play.
- An error occurred when you paused and then tried to resume video playback.

The place where you pause a video may not be not marked correctly in some file formats. If you see error 69-8000FFFF when you try to resume playing a video, try playing the video from the beginning.
