Error 69-C00D5214 occurs when watching a video on Xbox 360
You see the following error when you try to watch a video on your Xbox 360 console:
69-C00D5214
This means that you can’t play the video because the file format is not supported by Xbox 360.
Note This issue can also occur if the file doesn’t contain any video content. For example, this issue can occur if you try to play a Windows Media Audio (.wma) file for which the file name extension was changed to Windows Media Video (.wmv).
