Error 809B1009 occurs when using your Xbox 360 Kinect Sensor
You see the following error message when you're using Kinect sensor for Xbox 360:
Head not detected
809B1009
This means that the Kinect sensor is having trouble seeing you during a Kinect Tuner test. The problem might be that either the sensor is not positioned correctly or the lighting in the room isn't adequate for the sensor to see you.
Solutions
Solution 1: Select "More info" and then "Try again"
On your console, select More Info to see suggestions on how to correct the problem. After you make the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.
If you keep getting the error, try the next solution.
Solution 2: Position the Kinect sensor correctly

Solution 3: Make sure you have good lighting
