Error 80070525 occurs when you use Xbox Live
Problem
You see the following error code and message when using Xbox Live:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
Code: 80070525
This may mean either of the following:
- You were trying to sign in to Xbox Live using a Microsoft account that has no security proofs associated with it and that isn't usually associated with the Xbox console that you’re using.

- You experienced a Network Address Translation (NAT) error.
Solutions
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:

Solution 2: Investigate and resolve any connectivity or NAT errors. For help, see Troubleshoot your Xbox Live connection.
