Solutions
To solve this problem, delete all the media from your device.
Important This procedure will erase all the content from your device. If you have media on your device that doesn't exist on your computer, such as media that you’ve bought at Zune Marketplace or other items that are no longer part of your media collection, we strongly recommend that you sync this media with your computer before deleting it from your device.
After you delete your media, you can re-sync it from your computer to restore it. If your device is a Windows Phone 7, your email, calendar, contacts, and call logs will remain intact.
To delete all content on your device:
- Connect your phone or Zune to your computer using the sync cable that came with it.
- In the Zune software, click Settings, click Device, and then click Sync Options. (If you’ve connected a Windows Phone, you'll see Phone instead of Device.)
- In Device Settings, click Erase All Content.
- Confirm that you want to erase the content from your device. On the Summary screen, below the Just Removed heading, you’ll see a list of everything that was deleted.
