Error 80004003 occurs when you try to start a title on Xbox One
You see the following error code when you try to start a title:
This means that we weren’t able to start the title that you selected.
To resolve this problem, wait a few minutes, and then try starting the title again.
If the problem persists, you’ll have to restart the console and then try again. Here’s how:
- Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
- Select Restart console.
- Select Restart.
- After the console restarts, try starting the title again.
Note If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until it turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.
