Troubleshoot Canal+Yomvi on Xbox 360

The Canal+Yomvi app is not responding.

Try deleting and re-downloading the Canal+Yomvi app.

To delete the Canal+Yomvi app

  1. On your console, go to Settings, and then select System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select the location where the Canal+Yomvi app is saved (for example, Hard Drive).
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Select an item that refers to Canal+Yomvi, and then select Delete. Select Yes to confirm.
  6. Repeat with any other items referring to Canal+Yomvi.

Then, re-download the Canal+Yomvi app.

To download the Canal+ application

  1. On your console, sign in to Xbox Live.
  2. Go to Apps, and then select Apps Store.
  3. Find and select the Canal+Yomvi app.
  4. Select Confirm Download to download and install the app.
