BesTV account sign-in and registration errors on Xbox One
If you see one of the following error messages when you register or sign in to your BesTV account on your Xbox One console, try the solutions listed here:
|1103 Mobile number is empty||Enter your mobile number in the field provided.|
|1108 Verification code entered is incorrect or expired||Click Get a verification code to request a new code.|
|1110 Mobile number format error||Re-enter your mobile number in the correct format.|
|1111 Mobile number is already in use||This mobile number has been used to register another Xbox account to BesTV. Please use another number.|
|9998 Database connection error||We’re having trouble connecting to the BesTV database. Try again later.|
|9999 Server connection error||We’re having trouble connecting to the BesTV network. Try again later.|
If you’re unable to resolve the error with one of these solutions, contact BesTV customer service: 4008600637 (Monday – Sunday, 8:30 AM – 1:30 AM).
