Error 69-807B0190 occurs when downloading an update or game on Xbox 360
You see the following error code and message when you try to download an update or game to your Xbox 360 console from Xbox Live:
69-807B0190
Some Xbox Live content is temporarily unavailable. You can still access your profile, communicate with other players, and play games online.
The content will automatically appear when it's available.
This may mean one of the following:
- Xbox Live is undergoing system maintenance.
- System files that are temporarily stored on your Xbox 360 console are corrupted.
Solutions
Solution 1: Try again later
Check the Xbox Live status. If there is an Xbox Live service alert, wait, and then try again later.
If there are no Xbox Live service alerts, try the next solution.
Solution 2: Clear your console cache
The console cache contains temporary files that are used by the Xbox 360 console. Clearing the system cache may fix this problem. Follow these steps:
- Clear your Xbox 360 system cache.
- Restart your console.
- Try to buy or download the item again from Xbox Live.
If you still get the error, try the next solution.
Solution 3: Clear your Xbox Live cache
The Xbox 360 console also stores temporary files for Xbox Live. Clearing the Xbox Live cache may fix this problem. Follow these steps:
- On your console, go to Settings, and then select System.
- Select Storage, and then select your primary storage device.
- Select System Items.
- Select Marketplace System Data.
- Select Delete.
- Restart your console.
- Go to Xbox Live.
If you still can't access Xbox Live after clearing both the console and Xbox Live caches, Xbox Live is likely down for system maintenance or is experiencing a temporary problem. Please try again later.
