Error code C00D002F occurs when trying to play a file in the Zune software

You see the following error code when trying to play a file in the Zune software:
C00D002F
This may mean that the file is corrupted or is not valid.
Solutions
Try the following solutions to resolve the problem.
Solution 1: Change the metadata
Trying changing some of the media file's metadata, or descriptors. Here’s how:
- In the Zune software, find the file you’re trying to play. This might be an album, song, or video.
- Right-click the file, and then click Edit.
- In the Edit info window, see if some of the description or metadata for the album, song, or video is incorrect or incomplete. For example, you might correct the title or song name, or you may to add a genre).
- Click OK to save your changes, and then try playing the file again.
Solution 2: Replace the content
Try replacing your media file with a new copy. To do this, download the item again.
