Error 0x80000011
This means that the amount of Video RAM (VRAM) available on your computer's GPU does not meet the minimum requirement.
Make sure your video card (GPU) has at least 2GB of Video RAM.
Solution
To identify how much Video RAM your GPU has, follow these steps:
- Go to Start, select Settings, and then select System.
- On the Display tab, scroll to the bottom and select Advanced display settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Display adapter properties. The Adapter tab will display the amount of VRAM you have as Dedicated Video Memory.
Once you identify the amount of Video RAM available, compare it to the game’s minimum specifications and make sure you match or are above this requirement.
