Error 800c0005 occurs when playing a song or music video on Xbox 360
You see the following error message when you try to play a song or music video on your Xbox 360 console:
800c0005
Make sure you're connected to the Internet, then try again. If you're definitely connected, make sure no firewalls or proxy servers are blocking access to Xbox services.
This may mean that you’re trying to play streaming content while your console is offline.
Solutions
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:
Solution 1: Make sure your Xbox console is connected and online. For network troubleshooting, see Networking support.
Solution 2: Make sure you’re signed in to an Xbox Live account.
