Примечание. Начиная с 15 ноября 2015 г. служба Zune более недоступна. Это может привести к ошибкам при попытках загрузки или потокового воспроизведения контента, а также при обновлении службы.
You see the following error message when trying to play a song from a playlist using the Zune software:
Error C00D0FFB
This may be because the playlist was created as an autoplaylist, or songs on the playlist are using outdated links to Xbox Music.
A “bang” icon (an exclamation mark inside a yellow triangle) next to a song on a playlist signals that Zune doesn't have enough information about the song file's location to link it to your hard drive, or to stream it from Xbox Music.
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions.
Solution 1: Remove or replace the unplayable song
Remove the unplayable song from your playlist. Or, replace it by dragging the same song into the playlist from your collection or (if you have an Xbox Music Pass ) from Xbox Music.
Solution 2: Restore the unplayable song
To restore unplayable songs, find them in your collection or at Xbox Music and add them to this playlist.
If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support.
