Error 809B1007 occurs when you use Kinect
Problem
You see the following message or error when using your Kinect sensor:
Body turned809B1007
This means that the Kinect sensor is having trouble seeing you during a Kinect Tuner test. The problem might be that the sensor is not positioned correctly or that the lighting in the room isn’t adequate for the sensor to see you.
Solutions
Solution 1: Select “More info” and then “Try again”
When you get the error message, select More Info to see suggestions of how to correct the problem. After you make the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.
If you keep getting the error, try the next solution.
Solution 2: Make sure that the Kinect sensor is positioned correctly

Solution 4: Request a repair
