Error 8AC8000B occurs when you’re using Kinect for Xbox 360
You see the following error message when you’re using Kinect for Xbox 360:
Couldn't hear the calibration tone
8AC8000B
This means that your Kinect microphone is having a problem hearing you. The problem might be that the microphone is not calibrated correctly or is not positioned correctly.
Solutions
Solution 1: Select "More info" and then "Try again"
On your console, select More Info to see suggestions on how to correct the problem. After you make the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.
If you keep getting the error, try the next solution.
Solution 2: Make sure the Kinect sensor is positioned correctly
