Error code 809B1081 occurs when you’re using the Kinect microphone
Your room is too loud.
If you see this error message or code when you’re using Kinect, it means the Kinect sensor microphone is having a problem hearing you.
Solution 1: Select “More info” and then “Try again”
On your console, select More Info to see suggestions on how to correct the problem. After you make the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.
Solution 2: Make sure the Kinect sensor is positioned correctly

Solution 3: Request a repair
If these steps don't resolve the problem, go to the Online Service Center and click Start Request to request a repair.
