Error 80190128 occurs when you sign up for an Xbox Live Gold free trial subscription
You get the following error code when you try to sign up for the Xbox Live Gold free trial subscription:
This may mean that the Xbox Live Gold free trial subscription that you’re trying to sign up for has already been redeemed.
If you receive this message when redeeming an Xbox Live Gold free trial subscription code, check Services & subscriptions from a PC to see if the subscription has already been redeemed to your account. Or, you can check Download History on your Xbox 360 console.

To view your download history, see View your Xbox Live download history on your computer or Xbox 360 console.
- Check My account on your computer
To do this, sign in to your Microsoft account. You may be prompted to enter a security code. Follow the instructions that are provided. Your active subscriptions will be displayed under Services & subscriptions.
