You see the following error message and code when you use your Kinect sensor:
Kinect couldn’t hear the whole calibration tone.
Error code 64
If you see error code 64 when you’re using Kinect, it means the Kinect sensor microphone is having a problem hearing you.
Solution 1: Select “More info” and then “Try again”
When you get the error, select More Info to see suggestions on how to correct the problem. After you make the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.
