You can see your mobile operator billing transactions in your Xbox purchase history. For more info, see Check your Xbox purchase history.

Add a supported mobile operator billing account

You can only use mobile operator billing accounts with the partners listed above and with eligible accounts. Contact your mobile operator to confirm your eligibility.
